Where is TonnoCanada located?

We are an Ontario based online retailer, proudly serving Canadians since 2015. We ship our products from multiple distribution centres across Canada. We are solely an online retailer, therefore, we do not have any storefronts or showrooms at this moment. All orders must be placed online.

What is the delivery time & cost?

Shipping is free on most orders! Unfortunately, due to the geographic realities of operating in Canada, we have to charge shipping to very remote addresses. A sales representative will contact you if extra shipping is required.

Transit Time:

1-2 business days within Ontario and Quebec;
1-3 business days within Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan;
3-5 business days for New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and all other provinces.

* It may take extra business days to remote areas depending the shipping courier policy.

Processing Time:

1-2 business days for most orders
*Orders placed before noon (12pm EST) are normally processed same business day

How to return a product?

Easy returns: If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for up to 30 days from the original purchase date for a full refund or credit note. In order to do so the item(s) must be in new resellable condition with all original packaging and without missing parts.

  1. Contact us to let us know you want to return an item (We might request pictures of the item)
  2. Ship it back: it might take up to 7 business days for your return package to reach us.
  3. Confirmation: after we receive and inspect the product we will issue a refund
